Paint the unit. Do general maintenance. Replace appliances, lighting, countertops, etc. if necessary. Clean the unit. Clean carpet or install plank flooring.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.

No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work. Our team will provide notification of being in your apartment.

You will do a service request online through the property site if it is general maintenance. If it is an emergency, you will call answering service to call out maintenance.

You will need to call a local lock smith.

Amenities

A swimming pool and playground are available to our residents.

Yes. You will be issued parking permits at move in. We also lease carports for $35.00 per month.

Pool season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool is open Monday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Yes. Pets must be under 50 lbs at full growth. No aggressive breads. 2 pets per apartments. We accept dogs and cats. Pet deposit is $350 non-refundable with a $35 monthly pet fee for each pet.

Refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher come standard in our units.

2 to 3 business day as long as we have all documentation required by applicant.

A personal check (before 6th of the month), debit/credit card, or money order/certified check. You can also pay online.

Yes. $100,000.00 in liability is required.

Yes, resident is responsible for 30 day notice and 2 months rent termination fee.

Resident pays electric (total electric) and water/sewer. Property pays for trash removal.
